The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual โ whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers โ is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. p556 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings associated with them.
3.3 Geographic Restriction. The p556 platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law is not permitted. You represent and warrant that your use of p556 does not violate any law of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of access.
3.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the p556 registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are obligated to notify p556 promptly of any changes to your registration information. p556 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.
3.5 Employees and Related Parties. Employees, contractors, directors, and agents of p556 and its affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members, are prohibited from holding player accounts or participating in any game or promotion on the p556 platform.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your p556 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. p556 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication and using a unique password not shared with any other service. You must not disclose your p556 login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify p556 immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorized access to your account. p556 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access that occurs prior to your notification, particularly where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4.3 Account Sharing Prohibited. Your p556 account is personal to you. You may not allow or enable any third party to access or use your account, place bets on your behalf, or conduct any transaction through your account. p556 accounts are non-transferable. Any evidence of account sharing may result in immediate suspension and investigation.
4.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your p556 account at any time by contacting player support. Before closing your account, any outstanding Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to KYC verification being completed. Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. A p556 account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months shall be considered dormant. p556 will notify you via email prior to applying any dormancy policy. p556 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. p556 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, subject to availability and any applicable limits. p556 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or payments from third-party accounts.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is โฑ100 (Philippine Pesos). Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your p556 wallet. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though p556 may apply account-level limits in accordance with responsible gaming policies or PAGCOR requirements.
5.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed and credited to your p556 wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to standard interbank processing times and may take up to two banking hours. p556 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed KYC identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is โฑ200. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your p556 account. p556 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within an average of 15 minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1โ3 banking days. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
5.6 Currency. All transactions on p556 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / โฑ). If your payment provider charges a foreign currency conversion fee, p556 is not responsible for such costs.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. p556 offers various promotions, bonuses, and incentive programs to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published for each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds awarded by p556 are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not utilized within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your p556 account without compensation. p556 is not obligated to provide notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms published at the time of the promotion.
6.4 Abuse Prevention. p556 reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or recalculate any bonus, free spin, or promotional credit if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing predominantly low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; or participating in a promotion in a manner inconsistent with good faith player behavior.
6.5 Promotion Eligibility. p556 promotions are available only to eligible registered players who are 21 years of age or older, have completed the verification steps specified for that promotion, and are accessing the platform from an eligible jurisdiction. p556 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
7.1 Certified Game Providers. 11.2 p556's total liability to you for any direct damages arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of your Real Money Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the p556 platform shall first be subject to good-faith informal resolution. You agree to contact p556 player support at [email protected] and allow p556 a reasonable opportunity โ not less than 30 calendar days โ to resolve your complaint before initiating any formal proceedings.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. p556 also acknowledges the dispute resolution authority of PAGCOR with respect to matters falling within its regulatory mandate.
